Turntable Platform
Easy for forklifts to load pallets onto the machine. Turntable chain drive, slow start, slow stop, and automatic restart; turntable speed 0 to 12 rpm, variable frequency speed adjustment.
The MWR1650F pallet wrapper simplifies the pallet wrapping process. Operators simply load pallets onto the turntable and turn on the machine. From there, the pallet wrapping process is fully automated. This includes cutting the film end and the option to weld it to the pallet.
Control System
Programmable PLC, the number of winding layers and times can be adjusted. The photoelectric switch automatically detects the height of the product, and the upper and breaking film automatically controls the film feeding process.
Film System
S-shaped membrane structure, high tensile strength. Film changes are quick and easy. The upper and lower winding numbers are individually adjustable. The film tracking system allows for automatic film feeding.
